About Camp Tamarack

Camp Tamarack of MN is a non-profit, non-denominational overnight summer camp for boys and girls who have completed the 2nd grade through 8th grade.

The camp is split up into a boys’ week and a girls’ week. Boys week will be August 2 through August 7, 2026. Girls week will be August 9 through August 14, 2026. The camp facilities are located in Annandale, MN on Lake Sylvia.

As of 2025, Camp Tamarack is now its own 501(c)3 nonprofit. We are grateful to St. Albert’s the Great Church for founding this camp experience in 1970 and supporting the camp experience for over 50 years.

A majority of the campers come from the Twin Cities area, and transportation is provided from St. Albert’s Church.

Camp Tamarack prides itself on being an affordable, exciting, and memorable experience for our young campers.

Registration for 2026 Camp Tamarack will open in March 2026.

Physical Exam Form – DUE JULY 1, 2025 (to be updated for 2026)

Families must fill out a new form every year. The physical exam form is due July 1, 2025.  Please do not submit the form unless you are ready to fill it out entirely.  That includes: 1) the date of your child’s last physical (which must be within two years of the start of camp) and 2) shot records or immunization dates.  Camp Tamarack requires campers to have updated shot records to attend camp (COVID vaccinations are not required).
